Look up the definition of a word in a specific dictionary with sdcv

You can tell sdcv to use a specific dictionary with the option -u.

For example, to look up a definition in the English Etymology dictionary, add:

alias defet="def -u 'English Etymology'"

to ~/.bash_aliases
