I moved my mailbox to the cooperative “ouvaton”

I’ve switched mail server.

Now my mailbox is hosted by a cooperative: ouvaton.

I also moved my domain name yctct.com to ‘Le Bureau’, a cooperative.¹

This was the process I follow to set up my mailbox on their servers with my own domain:

1. Create an account on https://ouvaton.coop/hebergement/inscription/
2. In https://ouvadmin.ouvaton.coop/, create domain name: Domaines > Liste de vos domaines d’hébergement > Créer un nouveau domaine d’hébergement: + > Fill out the form Création d’un domaine
3. In https://ouvadmin.ouvaton.coop/, create your email address: Courriel > Créer une nouvelle adresse e-mail > select your own domain name in the drop down menu of Adresse mail, to the right > Créer cette boîte mail
4. Add MX and SPF record to the DNS records of your domain name: you can find the new MX and SPF records there on this webpage Note: add a . at the end of the MX record.
5. Add DKIM to your DNS records: in https://ouvadmin.ouvaton.coop > Domaines > Editer les enregistrements du domaines ; copy the DKIM to the DNS records of your own domain name.
