Set the background of your desktop with bitmap

Download the tar file from:

https://trisquel.info/en/forum/share-your-desktop-again#comment-143488

Preview a few .xbm files to find one you like.

Then run:

$ xsetroot -bitmap path/to/the/file.xbm

If you like it, add this command to your .xinitrc, or your startup file.
